Good Morning July Filers!!! :D

I was looking at the timelines and I've seen a lot of June Filers getting their NOA2 approved

It seems that CSC just started aprroving some June Filers, while the VSC is approving some middle of June Filers.

I hope we start seeing some NOA2 approvals in this forum in less than a month. :dance:

Misha and Ira: I checked if there was an option in settings to let people edit their comments but I couldnt find anything. If anyone know please let me know. :help: I am sorry I can help you with that right now.

Has anyone received any RFE yet?

Thank you guys for keeping us updated with your journey...we have checked the USCIS website to see if there is any change in our case, and all still the same :blush: ... not much to say about our journey yet ... hopefully next month :)

really? you've seen a lot of June filers getting NOA2? can I ask where you found it? I wanna take a look at it... I am a june filer too... :) thanks goodluck to us all...

Yeah there haven't been many CSC June filers approved. The only ones who are approved were approved in July/August. No new approvals since August it appears really.

Hey all July people!!! How is everyone holding out? For us it's been kind of tough. It seems like CSC is closed for the season. One approval a week is going to make this a long time for us :crying: Hopefully, they will open shop soon :thumbs:

I went to visit Ira on the 20th of September and spent my birthday with her (21st). I just got back on the 3rd...15 minutes actually before the 4th. Tonight I got an email stating:

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On October 4' date=' 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have [b']approved[/b] this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

1 day short of three months...I had braced myself for another three months wait...my hands are shaking a bit...on to the next step!

July 8, 2011 - NOA1

July 10, 2011 - Touch

October 4, 2011 - NOA2

October 18, 2011 - NVC Receive

October 20, 2011 - NVC Depart

October 24, 2011 - Consulate Receive

November 28, 2011 - Appointment scheduled.

November 28, 2011 - Visa Approved!

December 2, 2011 - Visa in hand,

December 22, 2011 - Fly to Russia.

January 5, 2012 - Return together - POE - IAD (Dulles)

February 25. 2012 - Marriage

Hey July 2011 filers!! I had a bit of insomnia so I decided to lurk around VJ tonight. I was exactly where you were 2 years ago.

It was hard, I will admit!! Not much made it bearable for me except keeping very busy. Luckily I made friends here on VJ and am still in contact with 2 of the women from my July 2009 group. Although it may not seem like it, some of you are more than half way there already!! Good luck everyone!

Our VisaJourney started July 2009 when I mailed the 129-F

Fiance here February 2010, married 10 days later

GC received in the mail 10-Jun-2010

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

Hi Jewel-8. Thanks for the encouraging post :thumbs: I guess for me it just seems like CSC has been so slow with the approvals. Hopefully they start approving agzin, soon!!!!!

Hello please help, we filed the petition on July 22 but still didn't hear bak from them :"(

Which service center did you send your file to? Mine's in California Service Center. Filed in July and still waiting for NOA2.

July 09 2011- form I-129f sent by mail.

July 12 2001-received by the USCIS Dallas,got an email,forwarded to Vermont service center.

July 15 2011- NOA1 received. (I-797C)

July 20 2011- touched

March 16 2012- NOA2 Approved.(no RFE,crazy huh?)

March 21 2012- NOA2 (Hardcopy)

March 21 2012- Case# assigned. petition forwarded to US EMBASSY MANILA

April 2 2012- eligibility letter received.

April 17 2012-Medical appointment-PASSED!

April 27 2012- Interview PASSED!

MAY 10 2012- VISA ISSUED

MAY 26- POE-(DTW) (to ORF)

June 10 2012- WEDDING! :)

July 24 2012- AOS sent

August 1 2012 - NOA1 received by text

August 4 2012 - biometrics appointment letter received

August 9,2012 -Biometrics done!

September 27,2012-EAD & AP approved!

December 11,2012 -AOS interview date

December 21, 2012 -Greencard received!
