Welcome Eddie&A!!

I looked at your timeline and it seems like you're VERY close to receiving your NOA2, especially considering you had an RFE. You know the drill about being patient all too well already but I think your approval might just be around the corner. Good luck to you and yours whether it's received just before Christmas or just after it.

Cheers!

Thanks Book Em! I appreciate the words of encouragement  It's December 26th now and I didn't recieve a NOA2 as of yet. I think it will be anytime now; my fingers/toes are crossed :D Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours

Congrats to all that received there NOA2. To those that didn't hang in. You will get it soon.

Once again we are in a waiting game :crying: Warsaw schedules the interview in one month increments. They posted the interviews for Jan. and we were not on the list. So now we need to wait till Feb. Like I said before, hopefully we will be together for Valentines Day. I hope so!!!! This being apart really sucks :bonk:

Oh... That really sucks that you didn't make the list for appointments in January. I hope yours is February 1st!

On our front, petition went to NVC, got our case number and Fresy has already had her x-ray and blood work done. Medical is scheduled for Jan 4th. San Jose Embassy is really great to deal with, not many K-1 visa applicants go through there and waiting times for interviews average 2 weeks. I'm hoping her POE will be Jan 20.

Wish you guys the best for the interview!

So Planning a trip to Tonga/Fiji is a logistical nightmare! We have our interview on January 9th at 9am, and even though my fiance is Tongan, there is no embassy in Tonga so he has to fly to Fiji. And, the only flight out is on Saturday, but it only goes to the Nandi airport, not Suva. So, we have to figure out how to get him to Suva. Plus, I am meeting him there so I had to strategically book plane tickets from VA to CA to Fiji to Tonga and then back to USA. And, we don't know when or if he will get the visa in hand so we can't plan our return trips very well. Just to be safe we will be staying in Fiji for 6 days at a sweet resort on the beach. Phew! It's a good thing too because I def need a vacation after all this!

I'm totally broke now, but at least we will be together again soon, right?
