I need to know if after three years of start fiance visa, it will expires?...i got the papers on time...but many many different circunstances stop the process. Any answer??

???? Need more information to give a good answer. General answers are. IF you have filed the K-1 and received a NOA1 and NOA2 and then had an interview and actually receive the K-1 visa then it typically expires 6 months after it is issued. This means the foreign fiance(e) has six months to enter the USA on the K-1 visa. After that, you have 90 days to get married or the foreign fiance(e) must leave the US to remain legal. After the marriage you must file AOS, but there is no real time limit other than being married for less than two years to do the change of status on a K-1 to a conditional GC. After the AOS you will need to do a ROC 90 days before the date on the conditional GC. THose are the general time lines and expiration dates involved with teh K-1 visa process up to getting a 10 year GC.

I hope somewhere in there is the information you require. Please add more detail as to what your question is.

I hope you are talking about the K-1 petition process. If that so, you should be clear on what stage is your petition is? if your fiance issued the visa, I think it is valied only for 6 month befor entering to the country. I hope since you said you start it three years, it would be better find out the status of the application by callng the USCIS.

Good luck

To add to the other comments, if you were waiting for your Visa process completion which was on hold after something like AP, background checks, AWA or some other IMBRA rule, I would imagine they would give you a new expiration date, on successful completion.

If you got your approval from USCIS but didn't follow up at the consulate and you are the petitioner you would have to start all over again with the I-129F petition.

As the others said not enough info to do anything but guess, good luck.
