Hello folks,

I have everything ready for my interview, but now I got confused with some questions on DS230 Form.

Questions #19 to # 28 are about the beneficiary or petitioner?

(Father and Mother information)

Thanks a lot

Dave & Carol :)

The interview is all about you the beneficiary, so the questions and forms are all information about you and your family, the beneficiary. If it was meant to be the USC they would have you fill out two separate forms.

Edit to add the example form which is found on VJ in the example section. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-DS-230.pdf

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
