Hello everyone. I have applied for removing conditions on June 22, but still did not get the NOA and / or biometrics appointment. Called customer service and they said my case is pending, so it might be a problem in the mail. Any suggestion about what to do if I don't get these letters any time soon? It's been more than 3 weeks now.

Secondly, I am wondering if any one can share an experience in which the USCIS asked for further information or even a second interview? What kind of information do they want? Is the interview similar to the first interview? I am just very anxious about all this... and any information would be helpful. Thank you!

Have they cashed your check yet? Once they have cashed it the NOA should be on its way to you.

I wouldn't worry too much about the biometrics appointment yet, normally they give you one within 30 days but it took three months for them to schedule mine.

Thanks for your response. Yes, they cashed the check already on June 24, so it looks like there might be a problem in the mail.... can I ask to which service center did you submit your package?

Also, did you submit a joint tax report in your package? Thanks.

No problem. :)

If it has been that long since they cashed the check maybe you should call the call center and see what they say. If you don't have the number it is 1-800-375-5283.

I have to file with the Vermont service center which is considerably slower than California. And yes, I sent joint tax transcripts. It is a good proof of address. Did you send tax transcripts for 2009 and 2010?

we do not file taxes together because we own companies and we file through them (pass through entities). I have posted another thread with the list of items that I sent and got two responses saying that joint return is *very* important... I don't really know what to do since we've never done that. Do you think they will ask for further evidence or interview? We have submitted lease, bank account, utilities, car and life insurance, affidavits and photos. Thanks again!
