Hello,

I have noticed most people receive their hard copies within a few days. Well I sent my I-129F on June 20th, yes it was received and forwarded to California. The check was cashed on June 28 and I received a email stating it was approved and I should receive my hard copy within 7 to 10 business days. It has not arrived as of July 12th. Should I be concerned, I figure I would give it till the end of the week but not sure who I contact if it doesn't arrive.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Eddie

Hello Sir Eddie! Don't worry, you will receive the hard copy of your NOA1 anytime soon. Me and my fiance were once worried too that we didn't hear anything from USCIS a week or two after the petition package sent. My fiance sent the petition May 14 and then we waited till June to hear from them, we were so worried because everybody who filed a week after us got their NOA1 through text and email and even hard copy. So, my fiance called the USCIS using the military helpline last June 09 to asked about our papers and then a day after that, he got a text and email that his petition has been received by USCIS on June 2 and routed to CSC and on June 15 he finally received the hard copy of NOA1. So just hang in there.

By the way, i read from your previous post that you are from usaf and your fiancee is from Bukidnon? Are you still active in service Sir? My fiance is from usaf and im from Bukidnon too but living here in Manila now.
