Yes, we have. Maybe initial posts stating an opinion need to be written up in larger point; blinking colors. Hopefully that would help a few digest the information being ignored. I guess its a clique thing, given that its the same people trying to gang up in the same retarded way without really saying anything on-course.

Other than being boring, no, it doesn't really bother me much.

IMO it just draws out those that feel 'wronged' by proper English usage and logic. You know what I mean.

Sorry if it hurts your feelings. Really. You can always ask though, when you don't get something- I can always try to simplify the language. I seriously believe that common sense requires at minimum an attempt to read things carefully without making sh!t up along the way in terms of conclusions. Hopefully that language was simple enough.

See comments like that is what I'm talking about. How do you expect anything good to come from that paragraph. I know it sucks when you feel like people are ganging up on you and if thats the case with how you feel then let it be known that that was not my intention.

Oh that's cool man. Like I said, I am more than willing to simplify language- particularly if its not that clear to get. Some people use language to its fullest extent, others don't, and others can't use language properly at all. I don't grade on simplicity, I grade on stupidity. Its an observation, and when I state things about reading comprehension, specifically when the text is already there and can't be any more self-explanatory- then perhaps the ganging up has more to do with plain old pettiness than with actual context.

This is the politics and religion forum. If you're looking for something immigration related around here, you'll be sorely disappointed. I started this thread based on this thread:

That thread basically turned into pages of "you don't understand what I'm saying" and "no, you don't understand what I'm saying" and then "look it up" and then "why should I look it up" and on and on and on.

I just started it as kind of a joke. And sure enough it went downhill just as I thought it would, although it took longer than I thought it would.

Sorry if you're looking for something of immigration value in Politics and Religion, you're more than likely not going find it. I do agree most of the stuff in P&R is a monumental waste of time, but it's kinda like driving by a car wreck. You can't help but look.
