Boston's processing time frame for green card??

hi guys, i currently live in nj and filed for my green card and work card in May. Due to low finances and with a baby on the way my husband and I will have to move to boston for better income there. I know i'll have to transfer my files..does anyone know the processing time frame and how long it will take to get my green card/interview up there?

Another question is, I was told my lawyer that i can apply for medicaid for my pregnancy but since i dont have my green card yet will they refuse me?
