To heck with donating it or anything "good"...I'd move to Russia with Olga!

Heck, I'd do that now but my 401(k) isn't big enough for us to survive on and my knowledge of the Russian language would take several months (at best) to get up to a level where I could work in Russia.

After paying off my car and bills there would not be enough left over to live for several months.

None of this is including the taxes and penalties that would be incurred by the early withdrawal either!

I'd help laura with her animal sanctuary. I'd go visit Marc and Olga in Russia. I'd donate some money to womens shelters and see about opening up a clinic for parents who have lost children.

Or donating it to international terrorism ;)

A joke. Seriously.

 According to the Bushites, technically if you donated any of your money to Dubbya's critics, you are in effect supporting terrorism. Shame, shame...

If someone just gave it to me and I had paid off all my debts, I would...

- Give my mom at least $250,000 to do with what she wanted.

- Give my brother $100K to get his business really going.

- Give $100K to charity.

- Move to Saudi or the UAE or Libya and build a very nice home in the country.

- Use some of it to open up a business for my family so we would have something in the future.

- The rest would be devoted to making sure all my children recieved proper educations to become successful (doctors ;))

That would be a good start for you -- no need to wait for a million bucks to fall into your lap.

Sadly I don't have the money to fund such an excursion so it will have to wait until the money falls in my lap
