You support a racist policy. That is reality.

A policy based strictly on skin color is racist and you, by your posts here, clearly support it.

Prove such a reality only you can see, yet can't see what I actually wrote. Its not too late to read.

I'll let the others chime in since only I can see it.

Its not too late to back your words up with a link proving your claim. Otherwise you'd be just full of it.

Obviously you're not used to how I roll. I don't post links to backup my claims. I post reality and if you don't like it then so be it.

You've posted over the better part of 10 pages in favor of affirmative action. Are you saying you're not a supporter?

So you're full of it then.

10 pages shouldn't be too hard to specify that clear support of AA programs- particularly in this racist mission of putting you down. We can even do this with a multiquote of yours. :star:

Well then do it.

Go for it slim. While I head home, feel free to prove your otherwise-BS claim.

Not gonna do it, huh? I figured you wouldn't.

Since you can't.

Of course it is. That's affirmative action. Having a requirement that a certain number of people - regardless of qualifications - be employed simply based on their skin color.

According to some, that's not racist.

No, that's an example of a bad affirmative action policy. And a fictional one as well, since it was conceived out of your own biases and assumptions. I stated that if the policy existed in the way you describe then it would be a bad policy.

Does your example describe all affirmative action policies? No, it does not.

It is like that. They hire people in the union apprenticeships, fire depts, etc.. because of the skin color until they meet their quota. How could you comment on this subject and not know that?

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

You're assuming that affirmative action is exclusively about skin colour. You've only offered a single fictional example to support this. Simply put, it is not.

And you later claim to posting "reality". It's an odd claim.
