How much does it cost to take the medical examination here in the United States as am now ready to start the permanent residency process. The medical I did in my country before I was issued a k-3 visa is a year this month and am thinking the uscis will not accept it from me. it this right?

Embassy admit having petition (interview date not known yet) 20th Oct 2005

Picked up package 4 at embassy 24 of Oct

Interview date: 19th January 2006 DENIED (221G)

Second interview: 3rd of Feb 2006 VISA APPROVED! Thank U Lord!!!

shop around in your area... on the usicis website is a list of docs you can do a search for your area there... ph for the best price there...

there seems to be no set price and different doctors charge different fees..

make sure that you take your old med exam and definately the vaccination certifcate as that could cost quite a bit extra if they even think you need it.

If your med exam has or will expire before you mail the AOS in then yes you will need a whole new one... otherwise it might just be a vaccination supplement.. or maybe you might get lucky and they accept the old one (vac sup).. who knows why they do some and not others....
