I can Understand why you are writing in Big print here. I would not know what to think myself?

I'm unsure of Mexico CO Rules but I think USCIS has guildlines for a 134 submisssion.

What was on the 134 as Income I (we) don't know.

Question is: #1. Did they take her/his Passport ?

Your post indicates an Approval from what I read.

I have heard that Juarez does not care much about financial stuff, I dont really know as I did not use a co-sponsor and of course they took my fiance's I-134.

I would think they would have contacted you if they had an issue with it. Have you tried calling the Consulate and just randomly ask about the delivery of your visa? They will check their system and if something wrong pops out they will immediately tell you.

Just FYI. I had my innterview a day before you and I got my waybill number just today so dont worry if you have not seen yours. is she waiting for it in juarez?

nevermind i just checked the dhl website and her visa is in transit!!! hoorah!

YAY!!

It has always been said that CDJ is very lax when it comes to the financial aspect of acquiring the visa, and your case just proves that. It won't be that easy for the I-864 needed for AOS, but I am sure you have that covered with your joint sponsor.

Congrats again!

I had a similar experience in Lima with the CR-1. I had earned very little in the most recent tax year because I was a grad student. We had a solid co-sponsor for the I-864. They took everything from us at the interview, but when the DHL package arrived all the co-sponsor's originals were outside the sealed envelope. They never asked for it at POE or anything.
