I-864 Are copies of IRS Transcript okay?

Well, I applied for my transcripts to be sent to me in my parents house in USA, it should take 5-10 days. I told my co-sponsor to mail them with his copies with his co-sponsor form...only to find out, he forgot to mail his transcripts too. So now I am wondering if I can just have him email me copies of the transcripts once they come through the mail.

Does anyone know if this is okay? Can I just print out electronic copies of them and use them with the I-864 forms?
