Automated System Says No Record of My Case

I Petitioned my 4 year old son and my I-130 was approved on 6/27/2011 but I havent recived my NOA2 by mail because for some reason it was returned to USCIS(On July 7, 2011, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable.) , I called and had it resent to me on 7/7/2011. But when I call the NVC it says they have no record of my case. What should I Do? Should I wait to get the NOA2 by mail or should I try to speak to Someone at the NVC ?

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : Dominican Republic

Marriage (if applicable):

I-130 Sent : 2011-03-31

I-130 NOA1 : 2011-04-03

I-130 Approved : 2011-06-27

NVC Received : 2011-07-26

DS-3032 and AOS bill Generated : 2011-08-12

Emailed DS-3032 : 2011-08-12

Update: Just Recived my NOA2. But should I call to the NVC ?

Join in on the CSC to NVC Delay forum. Everyone approved in California after 6/14 is waiting for their case to be received at the NVC. There is a huge delay :bonk::crying:
