I want to ask whoever received their packet 3 already. Was your name written on the letter and your Manila case number or its also the same as what we can download at the website. I am having a second thought if I am going to wait for my packet before calling or scheduling my interview online. It seems like sometimes it's taking quite long before they send it to the beneficiary. I don't want to waste much time anymore but I feel hesitant as well to use the downloaded form from the website if I am going to have the medical, will the SLMEC will accept it or will allow me to have the medical as long as i have my MANILA case number. Need some help here, please enlighten me..

My letter has my name and MNL case number written at the left lower portion of the paper. It is almost the same with the packet online but the one online is more detailed with all the requirements. For the medical exam, you can do it with your case number and your NOA2. A lot of applicants didn't wait for that letter to arrive.

I just finished my medical exam today and from what I've noticed. The guard either asks the applicants for 2 copies of their appointment letter (i scheduled my interview online) OR their NOA2 and NVC letter.

But would it be okay if I just download the forms instead of waiting then schedule my interview online, have my medical, etc. i am really confuse on what to do.
