I-130 form needed for AOS?

Hi. I'm new to posting here so I'm not sure I'm in the right spot. I just entered the USA on a K1 visa and my fiancee and I will soon be married. Until now we have done everythint through an attorney but, seeing the costs, we have decided to move forward on our own for the AOS/AP.

My first question is do we need to include the I-130 form in our AOS application?

if you married in the initial 90 day period then NO I-130 is required

Not if within 90 days, go to the FAQ site for instructions, we used an attorney for the K1, did AOS our selves.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP. ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I WAS CONFUSED IS BECAUSE OUR ATTORNEY INITIALLY TOLD US IT WAS REQUIRED! SO MUCH FOR ATTORNEYS.
