paying the visa fee?

i got my noa2, and my nvc case number. i hear i can now tell my fiance to go do his medical, and i can pay the visa fee.. how do i do this? please let me know. i am with the tegucigalpa embassy in honduras.

Not 100% sure with honduras, I believe the procedure is your fiancee pays at thier consulate interview.

I'm bringing $350 to pay the fee in China. There, you pay the fee at a Chinese bank and bring the receipt to the interview. I got the $350 dollar number from the Guangzhou, China consulate website.
