This is the situation:

The interview is scheduled and I have the forms, including the I134 notarized with my fiance´s former address.

Who should I inform about the new address? USCIS or the Consulate?

Are the forms still valid?

What other implications should I expect?

You don't have to inform USCIS at this point, because you've gotten NOA2 already. You have to inform the consulate in Rio about your fiance's new address. I don't know what to do with regard to the I-134 - maybe e-mailing Rio to ask would be a good idea. I-134 is good for a year, but then there's the address issue to check.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

rlt,

Tell the consular officer at your interview.

Thank you!

Does anyone know what happens when changing the petitioner´s address at this stage?

After NOA2, after, p3 is submitted, and after received p4 with interview date?

I just went through this last week. I emailed the Consulate with my old address, and my new one. Then responded and told me they updated the address.

Would be good to mention it during your interview as well as Yodrak mentioned.

Thanks!

The thing is that I mailed p3 with the old address. And I have the old address on the I134.

What should I do with the documents on the p4?

So what? The 'old' address was the current address at the time, yes?

What should I do with the documents on the p4?

Use the current address.

Thanks. It does seem logical to me.

I´ll fill out the new forms with the new address and make sure I tell them on the interview.

No reason to submit a letter or anything else informing them, right?

Erik e-mailed them and let them know about his changing addresses.

rlt,

Should be good enough.

You could send a letter, but there may or may not be anything done with it until the interview anyway, when you'd want to reaffirm the address update.
