Hi,

I am the petitioner. We received our NOA2 last week. We filed the first week of March but then we had a request for more information so there was delay of 30 days.

My fiancee will be receiving her papers soon.

My question is when does the Affidavit of Support I-134 need to be completed and where is it sent?

Should I prepare the Affidavit of Support I-134 now and sent it to her so she can sent it in with her papers when she receives the packet?

She is in Colombia.

Bogota embassy

please advise

What more can I or she do to be ready to get the papers completed ASAP.

The I-134 papers are taken to the interview appointment in Bogota along with many other papers. Read the requirements on VJ or on the Embassy website. When your fiancee attends her interview she will include them in the folder she is given. The papers you are waiting for are called Packet#3 you can get the information on the US Embassy Bogota website which includes the forms you need. you can cut off weeks of waiting time by sending them using the information on their site or here at VJ. I would plan attending the interview those who do not often are not approved until you do.
