Hello I am in the process of filing my I-129F now. Can anyone give me tips of everything included in this so that I don't get any delays? Does anyone have any sample Filing packs? I have read where people are talking about having files with 100s of pages so I am very worried because as of right now I just have a few pages of stuff don't understand what all people are including. Very worried Need Help

Use the guides pointed out because it is what helped me tremendously.

If you haven't already done so, include a cover letter which you will essentially use as a Table of Contents. You can use this as

a checklist of sorts to identify what you have included with the petition. Double check and triple check everything. See the link

for a cover letter sample. Good luck on your journey as it is only beginning.

We also followed the guide. Packet was about 90 pages. This is what we sent in December 2010:

Cover letter listing contents of packet

Payment in the amount of $340

1. I-129 F

2. G -1145 E-notification

3. G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

4. G325-A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

5. U.S. Passport (Petitioner) Copy of all pages

6. Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner) signed by petitioner

7. Letter certifying intent to marry (Beneficiary) signed by beneficiary

8. Divorce documents (Petitioner) (copies of original papers)

9. Proof of having met in person in the past two years

a. plane tickets

b. hotel reservations and payments

c. photographs

2 visits made 1 set of the above for each visit

10.Proof of ongoing relationship

a. e-mails exceprts from e-mails not entire (samples of one per month)

b. texts excerpts from texts (samples of approx 2 per month)

c. telephone records and log of Yahoo video calls

d. engagement ring receipt

Sent in in in that order with cover letter on top.

Ended cover letter with: Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.
