Hello, I would like to know if someone from Mexico has a phone no. I can call at the cd juarez consulate to ask them If they received my k1 approved file? I called NVC las week and they told me they sent my case to CDJ and they gave me my case no. (starting with CDJ AND THEN 10 NUMBERS) I tried to call 01152 456-22-7300 and 703-439-2310

another question... after the NVC send my file to Cd. Juarez, I have to receive a letter right? where I can see my case no.? (because the operator read my case no on thephone but I dont have a letter or anything)

Thank you very much

The phone numbers are on the embassy info section. These are the numbers to call Juarez depending on where you are:

(703)439-2313 from U.S.

(656)227-3000 or

(656)212-1016 from Mexico

You need to get from NVC your case number (CDJ....), invoice Number AND Beneficiary Id. number... You will only get these 3 numbers by calling NVC.

Now that NVC has sent your petition, you can call Juarez and ask if they have received it and if they already mailed you packet 3 (Or Invitation letter).

This Invitation letter will give you instructions on what forms you need to fill out and how to schedule an appointment at the consulate. You do NOT need to wait for the Invitation letter to arrive to start filling out the forms and gather documents, However you will need to bring the letter to the interview, ASC and the medical, thats why is recommended that you schedule your appoitments AFTER you get the letter or far enough to give it time to arrive.

Juarez will mail the letter to both, the petitioner and beneficiary. Usually the petitioner in the US gets it first and it is Ok for the beneficiary to bring a copy of it.

Good luck!

I think you will get something from NVC saying they have forwarded your case to the embassy, but that letter only has your CDJ number (case number) for the other two numbers you do need to call NVC :)

This is right! You HAVE to call NVC to get your numbers. Good luck!

thank you ! I called NVC again and now I have the invoice # and the benef #.

They told me that on July 6th they sent my case to Ciudad Juares.

Still cant get an answer from Ciudad Juarez only recording machines.

:)

Oh yeah it takes forever to get to talk to a live person but keep trying!! You just got to listen to all the recording (which is annoying), press the numbers that apply to ur situation and then u will get a real person.

Hi! Sorry to bug you one more time, I tried calling the numbers but they sound busy all the time. Is that normal?
