Please help me out I'm so confused! What do I really need to fax in at the Vancouver consulate from my packet 3? Do I send ONLY the part 1 of DS-230 and the 2nd page of the checklist (with the my signature)? If so what do i do with the rest of my forms DS-156, and DS-156K? Please, please give me an answer I have been trying to call the Vancouver Consulate at 604-685-4311 but it says they are closed and I was just forwarded to an automated machine....

you bring everything with you to the interview. You see someone who collects all the papers then you wait for your turn for an interview.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Vancouver doesn't want phone calls regarding K1/K3 petitions. You should email them instead: vancouverK@state.gov. I usually get a response in 2-3 days. From what I understand of their instructions they want you to fax:

- DS-230 Part I, Biographic data.

- The Checklist

For the checklist, I presume you at least want to fax back pages 1 and 2, seeing as they are interested in seeing all of those boxes checked and not just your signature on page 2. I plan to fax back all 4 pages just to be on the safe side.

The rest of the forms they want you to fill out and documents they request you collect should be brought with you when you go for your medical and interview.

Correct, fax off the checklist and the DS-230, if you email them after you fax it you can get package 4 via email.
