I have recived my NOA2, and am getting ready for I-134, what exactly do i need to show for tax return, all i have is a copy of my 1040 that i scanned before sending to IRS, with a copy of W2 is that good enough? Do they require a bank letter with statment? is a paper account statment for my 401K good too? and letter from my company.

i'm sending in tax transcript (which took about a week to get and it's free) plus W2s, monthly checking and savings acct statments, and letter from employer. i was wondering about the letter from your bank too. do you guys think sending in a letter from the bank really necessary or is sending in the checking acct and savings acct monthly statements be ok?

Copy of the return and w-2 is OK. They do not "require" anything from a bank but it is YOUR responsibility to make them accept that you can support your fiancee, the more evidence you give them of that the less likely it will be that you have a problem.

I submitted 1 year's tax return, employment letter, bank letter and 2 months recent check stubs. we had no questions asked.
