Hi everyone, I'm new here sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. Does anyone have recent figures on total cost or breakdown of the fees for the 4 steps? I have files a k1/k2 petition and paid the 340 USCIS fee but all the info I can find is old prices from about 2006. Thanks.

K-1 visa fee...$350

K-2 visa fee...$350

St. Lukes medical fee (15 years old and older)...$213.35

St. Lukes medical fee (14 years old and younger)...$185.35

Civil Surgeon (for AOS)...$25-50

Adjustment of status...$1070

Removal of conditions...$590

I don't know if it costs more for the AOS and for the ROC when there is a K-2 involved.

Ok thanks everyone. I should have been more specific , this is for the philippines. Anyway all this seems about right I was able alos to find out the AOS is 1070 k2/ 635 k/2 and the later removsal of conditions seems to be no fee for the child. Jim.

By the time you include plane tickets and miscellaneous fee, you are looking at $4K on the low side and $5K on the high side. Good luck on your journey.
