AOS/EAD/AP after K1 - Total fee? How many photos?

Hello,

I'm trying to finish the AOS/EAD/AP forms for my wife who came here on a K1 visa and have for now two questions:

1) Is it correct that the total fee for AOS plus EAD plus AP is $1070 if all three forms get sent in together? If not, what is the total fee?

2) Should we send these three forms with just one cover letter and altogether two photos or should we send them (in one envelope) with three cover letters and separate photos for each form?

Thanks a lot!

If you are not sending EAD and AP it is still 1070$.

If you are sending AOS and EAD it is still 1070$.

If you are sending only AOS and AP it is still 1070$.

1. AOS is $1070. The fees for the EAD and AP are waived if filed together with I-485 or while I-485 is pending.

2. The packages (I-131, I-765 and I-485) are separated once they arrive at USCIS. Treat each application as a separate application simply being mailed in the same envelope. You will need supporting documents for each.

There is a thread in my signature with required doc list.
