HI EVERYONE, I NEED SOME ADVICE ON MY CASE. I M APPYING FOR I360 BECAUSE MY WIFE IS ABUSING ME IN MANY WAYS, FINANCIAL, MENTAL, SHE LEAVES THE HOUSE AND GO SEE SOMEONE [bOYFRIEND] AND LEAVE ME HOME WITH OUR BABY DAUGTHER, SHE COMES HOME AND FORCE ME TO HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX WITH HER, SHE TREAT TO CALL IMMIGRATION IF I REFUSE TO LET HER DO WHAT SHE WANT, I ASK FOR DIVORCE BUT SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL TRACK ME DOWN AND TAKE OUR BABY AND CALL IMMIGRATION ON ME, SO I M FORCED TO BE WITH HER AND SUPPORT HER WITH MONEY AND EVERYTHING. MY ATTORNEY IS APPLYING FOR VAWA BUT WE JUST FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE MISDEAMENOR CASE [bAD CHECK] , DO I HAVE ANY CHANCE TO GET MY APPLICATION APPROVED EVEN WITH THE BAD CHECH CASE? PLEASE ANY ADVICE WILL HELP.
