Emailing choice of agent

Hi i just called nvc and spoke with operator they have not gotten my case yet but i had asked her that my folks do not speak english and can i be there agent she said they need original form signed from them. i said is it ok if they fax it she said no so how do they accpet emailed choice of agent...

ANYONE OUT THERE WHOSE CASE( I-30) GOT APPROVED ON SEP 1 AND HAD REACHED NVC ALREADY..

( i am not crazy but this has happened to me before. my fiance's petetion got approved and it never reached NVC 5-6 weeks passed i called them and they had no record so i called csc and spoke with ins officer little did i know they had consolidated my file within and never sent it to nvc but after 8 weeks they got it when CSC finally fixed thier bobooooo...)
