One of my friend advised me that I will need to earn enough to satisfy the affidavits of support...but as per this forum advised, it doesn't matter even I'm a student and don't have enough money to support them as long as my aunt(my moms sister) will file for I-864 and I will file for I-130, right?

For my siblings are they allowed for F2A visa? by the time i file my petition for my parents my brother is 19 or 20yrs old and my sister is 18-19yr old.

I really want my family to come all together,
even my parents don't want to leave without them :(

This will not be possible.

They can petition for them as soon as they receive their GC, but it will still be anywhere from 11 to 23 years before a visa is available. So, are the parents willing to leave the children behind in the Phil, until they are adults?

I don't see the value in doing this, but I am not you.

No, they are different visa categories. If the OP files for his brother and sister then the visa category is F4. Since they are in the Philippines the current wait is about 23 years. If the OP brings his parents here and they file for their kids then the visa category is F2A. The current wait in the Philippines is about 3 years. This presumes he can get his parents here, they file the petitions, and the priority dates become current before the kid's CRBA age is over 21. I think there's a pretty good chance the 17 year old is going to age out and become an F2B, which would mean an 11 year wait.

Thanks everyone.. I'll prepare required documents now, just to confirm :) I doesn't matter whether i'm a student and doesn't have a job, right? as long as I'm a US citizen.... and about sponsorship, my aunt should file for I-864 for them?

Thanks everyone....

later, at nvc document intake, you'll file an I-864 as the primary sponser, and your aunt will file an I-864 as a joint sponser / co-sponser. Petitioner (you, in this case) is always required to file the I-864, even if 0 income.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
