Regarding Last name on G-325A, Biographic Information

Hey guys i just to ask you on my Passport i have only one Single name and on Biographic information my Lawyer has given the last name

that is my family last name and my dad's last name my NOA1 Was received in which i had the same family name as a last name do you think

when i will appear for interview this may cause me problems or more verification and about the address i need to ask you on my national

identity card i have the address of my home where we haven't been living for last 8 years so i have given my current address and

some place else where we lived 5 years i have address these both addresses not the one i have on my national id card will i have any

issue your advice will be much appreciated thank you

I think you can still put correct information in your G325, if I understood you correctly.

in the form it says current address and in last 5 years i have lived so i have given my current address and last 5 years i lived in

not the address which is on my national id card so i guess it shouldn't be a problem since i have lived in two different places in last

8 years before that i was living in my Permanent address please advice
