Hello all:

Trying to get all of my paper work completed for the upcoming K-1 Visa interview. My question to you is this... As the petitioner I know that I am required to complete the I-134 for evidence of support. However, if I am utilizing a joint sponsor... do they complete the I-134 also or should they complete the I-864?

Thanks

it says in packet 3 that u need the I-186 form. Wrong. U need to fill out I-134 and joint sponsor needs to fill out the I-134 and you could get a blue slip if you don't have last 3 years of taxes.
