Anyone else having problem tracking visa at NVC

I received a letter stating that they received my petition September 5 and they would send it out within a week. When I try to get information by calling, they say they have no record of my number so they have not received my petition yet. Anyone else having this problem?

You need to speak with live operator i have had this experience before...

My I130 was just approved on Sept 7... Is it too soon for it to be at NVC yet? I just called the automated system and it says no record of my case. I don't want to call and bug them and take up valuable manpower time if it's really just too early

02/05/2009 - Biometrics Appointment (Day 30)
