I finished my interview for the k1 visa at the chennai embassy today.The interview itself went fine but they gave me a blue form because my police clearance certificate didnt have the passport number on it.It had the file number with which i applied and my name and everything else.She told me i needed to courier the new certificate with the passport no. before she could approve my visa.Does anyone know how long it might take now for the visa to come and will I be called to the embassy again for an interview? Is this something I should get really worried about.Please help with advice guys im beginning to freak out

it's very strange...now you make me feel so scared AS on my Certificate says nothing about my pasport number..just my names and date of birth...AND it's official paper with signatures and stamps. but I worry most of all is that this is the only way of FORM they create....even if I ask them to put my passport number it will be imposible!!! I was given a certificate by Main Department in Moscow...they also checked all regions or city I've ever lived...

No worries dude. Where did you apply for PCC. Did you apply from Passport office. Since I applied from Passport office and I got PCC with my passport number. I guess you need to apply again and tell them if possible show your old PCC. It will take maximum of 10 days to get a new PCC again
