Sorry to hear that. A quick divorce and re-marriage by itself doesn't usually cause AR, though you are going through possibly the most difficult US embassy to get a visa. Are there any other red flags, such as few visits, age difference, or your ex also being from abroad?

seems logical... it's not normal for people to divorce today and get married in 1-4 weeks. Definitely hope this wont be a drawn out process.

My husband is 32 and I am 38. I visit there one time but I stayed 30 days. I had everything, call logs, pictures, wedding pictures, and instant messages. They didn't even ask us to give them anything additional.

You are going through a very high fraud consulate, meaning it is very difficult to get a visa, especially with only one visit. Can you contact the consulate and ask if they give you (the petitioner) an interview? The petitioner being willing to drop everything and fly over to meet the CO often helps.

Wait, you went there only one time for 30 days. Did you marry him in your first visit, right after getting a divorce?

Am I understanding this correctly?

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

yes

You were placed on AP because you marry him in your first visit and not because you got divorce and marry same month. You should have visited at least for the second time before making that decision and that would increased the number of months you were divorced prior to your new wedding with your husband.

Don't worry, AP wont be issue.. Just keep your head up and pray pray pray pray pray pray... Goodluck!
