I-864 Question

Hello all:

Hoping someone can assist me with this question. My co-sponsor is completing the I-864 for my upcoming interview, but we are confused about this question. Question 24 asks about the sponsors annual household income. Question 24a asks for the income amount and there will be no contributing persons to include on question 24b. However down on question 24e it states...

The person listed above (blank) does not need complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no accompanying dependents.

I dont know if this is asking about the person who is actually being sponsored or the persons that may be listed in section 24b. Can anyone clarify?

Has the CO requested an I-864? Typically the I-134 is used in support of a K1 petition.

On the 864, 24e is completed when the intending immigrant's income is used. This would be blank when being completed by a joint sponsor.

Thanks very much. As for your question, Yes. The Kingston Jamaica embassy requests the I-864 when pertaining to joint sponsors for all applications.
