Right, so we got pack 3 in the post today...WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Ian even has his medical tomorrow on the 13th of Sept. He wants to know, if we fill out the paperwork needed now that we have to send back to get the interview...can he just drop it off at the embassy himself when he goes for his medical??? Or does he have to mail it??? An answer would be much appreciated....

04/29/2006......MARRIED MY VERY OWN CLOWN WOOOHOOOO

Now we are through with immigration until the end of 2008. Please read my timeline to see our process. Remember, patience is a beatuiful thing if you can remember to keep it...I will be damned if we did lol. We are all here on this site for the same reason...lets all help one another...

HEY CONGRATULATIONS!! Sorry but i dont know the answer i presume i dont see anything wrong with hand delivering the paperwork, but he might have to give it to the guy outside as they dont seem to let anyone ion the building if they are not on their little list lol. I would say take them if they dont accept them he can always mail them lol

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

I got mine too! :dance:

I am sat right now filling in all the forms and my head is swimming! We just have to fill in the forms right to get the interview date? The checklist we can send in later once my police record is here?!?

I-130 Process

NOA2 Approval recieved in the mail - 08/09/06

I-129F Process - With new form!

NOA2 arrived in mail - 08/26/06

NVC For I-129F

Arrived at NVC and Case # assigned - 08/28/06

Case Sent to London - 08/31/06

Packet 3 arrived - 09/13/06

Packet 3 Sent - 09-14-06

Medical - 09-21-06

Recieved Police Certificate - 10-03-06 (Took 34 days)

Packet 4 arrived - 10-04-06

INTERVIEW - 10-18-06 -APPROVED!

POE - Boston - 10-25-06

AOS Process

Sent AOS - 01/09/07

NOA arrived in the mail - 01/22/07

Biometrics Appointment - 02/02/07

Recieved EAD card - 04/02/07

Applied for SSN - 04/06/07

Recieved SSN - 04/16/07

Thats a good question...my hubby can't provide anything from the bank in regards to the US funds yet as he has been told he has to wait 20 days from his appointment which was last Thursday, to even get the information that he needs to open his off shore accnt through HSBC who will do it because he already has an accnt with them and has had for the past million years lol. ( I know it is all confusing) . Right now we could use a good AUSSIEWENCH to help us out...wonder if she is about?! :whistle: I will try to contain my excitement lol . Gemma...let me know when your interview date is. I know Linababe got hers and it is the 12th of October. It would be great if all of us got our dates on the same day eh??? But I think that may be wishful thinking lol...

They wont give you an interview date till they have all the forms back AND the checklist. You could send the forms in now and wait to send the checklist later when you do have the police records but that is up to you or you could send everything back including the checklist and hope that you get the police records beore your interview date. Maybe mark the checklist with the date you requested the police records so they do know that it has been requested and is on its way to you.
