I have just recieved my Noa2 and am preparing for the I-134 affidavit of support. My case is that I am a U.S Citizen and decided to go to school abroad in the Philippines where I met my fiance. I am now back in the United states and am currently looking for a job as a RN (economy sucks). I took a job at kfc/taco bell and make $8.00/hr and work part time. I've been working there for about 2 weeks now. I haven't even gotten my first paycheck. While filing for the K-1 fiance visa, We were thinking that her sister who lives in Chicago would be the co sponsor. (I'm in California). Is that ok? what do I put on the I-134 form for myself when I get to number 7 where they ask for the income and employer? Does her sister put in my fiances information and when she gets to Number 3 (number three is who the affidavit is for). And what is this I-864 form? Thanks guys.

you should put what ever you are making with the whole documents. However her sister also could be a co-sponsor and fill out the form with your fiancee name on #3. I-864 is another affidavit support form that has to be used during AOS.

Good luck
