Truth is that you are needlessly scaring the OP...

Where did you get the idea that OP already had their 1st ROC interview???

The reasoning you are using here is very simplistic. Are you a simpleton?

Well… Not really but apparently a lot of people on this forum are not stating the obvious. This is that he could get a second interview with so little evidence. If you truly want to be nice with someone you say truth not only what sounds nice.

CR-1 Timeline

March'07 NOA1 date, case transferred to CSC

June'07 NOA2 per USCIS website!

Waiver I-751 timeline

July'09 Check cashed.

Because we are in ROC forum, here everyone should have already gone through the first interview. The ROC interview is the second one and does not always come.

Look rika60607,

I had a RFE I-797 sent to me before and I got approve. So it’s not that I am trying to be mean with him. I am been honest here. The problem is that if he thinks the information he is sending right now is OK, he might not get ready for an eventual second interview (ROC interview) and lose some valuable time in getting some additional info while he awaits for an answer to the RFE. I am not saying that his second ROC interview will come, but only that it could. I wish him the best really, but I just believe in getting ready for the worst and wishing the best, that’s my mode.

I think there's definitely a possibility the OP could be called for interview.
Si man, and expect a Stokes.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Anyone can get called for an interview. There is a number of randomly assigned interviews.

I noticed that OP did not put "IRS transcripts" on his list and that is bothersome, as from what USCIS wrote he "submitted taxes without W-2s" which probably means that he initially sent copies of 1040s instead of tax transcripts.

However, this time around he is sending evidence which explains why he does not have much evidence - letters from parents with whom they live, etc. Unless there is some activity suspicious to the USCIS and not mentioned by the OP, he is likely to be fine. If not, an interview for a real couple should not be a catastrophe.

Good suggestions on what to send would be better than scaring him.

You are right about tax transcripts, that is very powerful evidence because it comes from the IRS. he should submit that also. I submit that when I had my RFE and got approve. I didn’t see that he submitted taxes when I initially saw the forum. I thought he had no joint taxes. If he submits joint taxes transcripts he has a good chance of getting his GC without going to the second interview. But he is not very precise if he submitted joint taxes or file tax separately and submitted that, because that makes a huge difference for the USCIS. The USCIS only likes joint taxes, especially joint tax a transcript

I was a little confused about this as well, but the OP chose not to address this question, I guess. I did ask. ;)
