Interview scheduled for 8:30. Arrived 45 minutes early and was called after 10 minutes wait. Entire process took 15 minutes. Interviewer asked 4 questions and took our family pictures for his records.

1) Are you in this country legally?

2) Have you ever been deported from the US?

3) Do you have any affiliation with a terrorist group?

4) Have you ever committed murder?

Thank you - you are approved and will get your green card in 2 to 4 weeks.

We got to keep the rest of the 2 inch binder we had prepared.

Looking back it has been a long, confusing and frustrating journey. My advise is to exercise great self control, read everything very carefully and ask questions here even when they seem stupid.

Good Luck Everyone

Congratulations! Happy for you. I hope that would how our AOS application turn out. It's almost 3 weeks from the time we have resubmitted our AOS forms but we don't hear anything from them yet. Tried checking their website but it only indicates our previous status of RFE. How I wish we'll finally get through with this as we have been waiting for this for so long already.
