Thanks, yeah it was a cool gift. Can't wait to receive the paper copy with biometrics appointment date. It's exciting to at least see a little progress again.

I received a whilw ago my appointement for my green card biometric which is the 22nd of august...and today I received an other appointement, for my work permit biomeric on the 6th of september.

We are at 2hours from detroit, can't we do both at the same time??

Hmm I think you can. Ask them cos it doesn't make sense to go twice.

I seen on here people with same situation. Take both letters with you to the first appointment and explain the situation. No one here, that I seen, was made to go twice. Good luck!

07/18/11 :: Day 000 Package received at Chicago Lockbox

07/20/11 :: Day 002 Received email/text message notification

07/26/11 :: Day 008 Received Hard Copy NOA1 (I-485 & I-765)

08/12/11 :: Day 025 Received Biometrics Appointment

08/19/11 :: Day 032 Biometrics appointment 11am

09/13/11 :: Day 057 EAD Card Production Ordered

09/19/11 :: Day 063 EAD Card Sent

09/22/11 :: Day 065 USPS left notice couldn't deliver EAD (at old address)

10/07/11 :: Day 081 Appointment letter sent

10/11/11 :: Day 085 Appointment letter received (at new address)

10/13/11 :: Day 087 Congressman's office got tracking number of EAD

10/21/11 :: Day 101 EAD sent back to USCIS

10/25/11 :: Day 105 EAD resent (current address)

10/27/11 :: Day 107 EAD Card Received

11/16/11 :: Day 121 Interview - Approved and card production ordered!

11/25/11 :: Day 130 GC arrived in the mail

Hi guys,

A question. I did my biometrics for the 1-485 and for the I 765 on the 15th of August but after a week I got another biometrics letter which said I should show up on the 13th of September for a biometrics appointment. The codes on both letters are the same. Has it happened to any of you?

Are people able to see their case status on https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do ?

Doesn't show up for us even though we have already gotten the biometrics letter in the mail.

05/27/2010 – NOA1 issued
06/03/2010 – Touch/NOA1 hard copy received in US Mail
10/27/2010 – 5 month mark
10/28/2010 – Spoke to USCIS representative – 'still pending'
11/04/2010 – Spoke to USCIS representative – 'still pending', but service request generated
11/05/2010 – Notified that background checks are not complete - looks like we're in for a looong wait...
12/07/2010 – Received email notification of NOA2
12/16/2010 – NVC sent the case to Embassy in Malawi
02/28/2011 – Interview
03/14/2011 – VISA APPROVED!
05/04/2011 – Fiance and I came back to the U.S. together! smile.png

Original notice date of July 12th. I did my biometrics as a walk-in on Aug. 9th, now received email notice that our interview is scheduled for Sept. 29th - no word on EAD/AP, is this normal and hoping that means things are good or great? Any feedback would be great, thanks!

Ours doesn't show up either. I imagine it won't until the interview is scheduled or RFE is mailed.
