Hello folks,

I was filling up my DS 156 Form now and got confused about a question here, please tell me what u answered, and If possible, what u think I should answer.

Question # 14 - National Identification Number

I´ve checked a possible answer on the website (website removed by request) which says 'Write none for indian citizens. If you are a citizen of some other country and that country has any such number, write it here.'

Where can I find If Brazil has this number?

Please help.

Yes that is from your country. If Brazil don't have that number, put N/A or None. For more info, read the forum of this link

I'd say write the CPF number since it is federal and RG is regional.

HI Carol!

I was in doubt about that question too...I thought about adding my R.G number, but then I was not sure like you, so left it a blank space...haha...I will just put none.
