Frustrated is an understatement I am Freakin Pissed.

I have been calling my congressmen’s offices and pleading

For them to do something, I keep hearing the same things, “you

Need to give it time” “you need to wait” “be patient” there is an

Congressional inquiry on your case, still nothing happens. Yesterday

I talked to a lady from my congressmans office and she told me that

she fax my request to the NSC because my application started with

LINXXXXXXXX. I told her that the RFE came from the CSC and that she

needed to contact them. How can anything get done right when the "experts"

don't know whats going on. Today is the 246th day since my NOA1.

I am going to visit Maria in Mexico next Thursday hopefully I'll have some

good news for her then. (i won't hold my breath)

I'm at 190 days !! The morons at CSC should be taken out back and beat mercilessly.

You don't even have IMBRA to deal with, so what's their excuse for your case?

why are they working on any cases with April or later dates when they still have so many old ones to get done???

If they had a brain or cared at all. The manager should be walking your case through personally since they screwed up to begin with.

But that would be customer service. Something they don't comprehend at all.

My heart goes out to you. I know all this waiting is the most difficult part of this process. I hope something turns up for you real soon. Will be keeping both of you in my prayers.

I'm sure you have contacted CSC, right? What did they say? You are way over a month past their new March 8th processing date.
