hi! im pen and a benefeciary of a k1 visa.

im helping my fiance with the proof of ongoing relationship.

we have call logs from my cell phone but the problem is the postpaid/cell phone is under my mom's name (with the same last name as mine) can i still use it and just add like a letter stating that the phone is under my mom's name but im the one using it?

also can i use the magicjack call logs? im trying to export the call logs but if not, im planning to just do a screenshot of the application with the call logs.

Congrats : ) But unless you have an official document with his name on as the father I doubt it will be considered evidence.

Ongoing evidence.. Are you at the interview stage now, or filing the i-129f?

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days
