Hi guys,

I arrived in the USA on a K-1 visa, got married and now I'm preparing the AOS package which I intend to send tomorrow and I have couple of questions.

My package includes the I-485 form, I-864, I-765 form, G-325A form, I-131 form. Now in the instructions for the 1-485, I 765 and I 131 it says that I need to submit 2xphotos for each document but since I'm sending the forms at once, should I include 6 photos or just 2?

Thanks a lot,

Most people here will insist you need six, and they'll stomp up and down if anyone says different. I submitted two photos with each of three separate AOS packages. Each package included an I-485, I-131, and I-765. We didn't get any RFE's, and all AP's, EAD's, and green cards were approved. I've never heard of anyone getting an RFE for sending two photos instead of six.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Thanks a lot,

You are SUPPOSED to include 6 as each application is adjudicated independently. Some people have been okay with 2 but I personally followed the instructions to the letter and was approved without RFE or interview. I'm not saying NOT including them won't get your approved, but I fail to see why you would ignore an instruction when it's so easy to do.
