Foxy Knoxy? There is not a one size fits all mentality when it comes to murder but I do believe that the Anthony case is quite a bit more odious than the matter in Perugia. It is true that Knox and her boyfriend falsely implicated an African of the crime, much in the same manner of Susan Smith and may have participated in a thrill kill but I will not be drawn into a comparison between the two. The law in Italy is one of reverse onus (i.e. Napoleonic Law) so it is not the same since the gravamen differs greatly.

Foxy Knoxy and her boyfriend were convicted of a sado-sexual thrill kill of their English roomate while they were studying at the University of Perugia in Italy. The lovers dressed up as Dr. Vanncutt (House on Haunted Hill) and a nurse for some sort of party and returned to find the roomate stabbed to death.

I've been following the Knox case pretty closely. She certainly did some odd things at the beginning of the case, but I thoroughly believe she is a victim of Giuliano Mignini.

I've been following the Knox case pretty closely. She certainly did some odd things at the beginning of the case, but I thoroughly believe she is a victim of Giuliano Mignini.

I don't know what to think, her behaviour has been suspect but she was always a bit nutty so I'm not sure. The evidence is suspect but there seems to be a strong political undercurrent to the whole matter because she's American. The confession was certainly obtained after torture and sleep deprivation and without her counsel being present.
