CASE COMPLETED AT NVC, DEC 21ST, 2010.

PLEASE ADVICE!

IS ANYONE WHO DONE IT WHILE CASE COMPLETED AT NVC.????

i'm no expert..but u can send in a mail to nvc with the following info...

NVC case number or CIS receipt number

" Petitioner's name and date of birth

" Beneficiary's name and date of birth

then mention the change of address thing...

ITS VERY SIMPLE. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS;

GO TO THE USCIS WEBSITE AR-11, Change of Address

YOU CAN DO IT ONLINE OR BY MAIL...

ITS BY LAW FOR ANY NON US CITIZEN WHO CURRENTLY HAVING

PENDING PETITION OR NOT TO NOTIFY USCIS OF ANY CHANGE OF

ADDRESS WITHIN 10DAYS OF MOVED...

JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS ONLINE AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION TELLING YOU THE

NEXT DAY OF THE NEW UPDATED ADDRESS ON THEIR SYSTEM.

USCIS Online Change of Address

Certain customers are legally obligated to inform USCIS when they move regardless of whether they have a case pending, approved, or denied. If you are not a U.S. citizen and you have moved, you must complete a Form AR-11 and submit it within ten days of the completion of the move for legal purposes. U.S. Citizens are not required to complete a Form AR-11.

Regardless of whether you are or are not a citizen, if you have previously submitted a Form I-864 on behalf of someone who has become a permanent resident, you must also complete a Form I-865 within ten days of the completion of the move for legal purposes.

For case processing purposes, a customer should inform USCIS of any address change as soon after the completion of the move as possible. This way, the customer will receive any notices or documents related to their case in a timely fashio

my husbands address in the US was not the registered address in the NVC. is it a problem when the CO ask me and i will answwer that he only uses the address of his parents for immigration purposes?
