Hey friends

I don't know if I can be happy now or not but at least I know why they send my case back (k1) cuss the embassy respond me back today and tell me the home land security beluve it's fured cuse I'm the egyptian fiancee apply for tourist visa and mention she is family friend which it was true back then you wanna know why here the explain:

For us as egyptains we had something called (faith) it's dif than engagement in Egypt it's the first step to be engaged ,

So I wasn't lieng when I say she family friend cuse we wasn't officially engaged any way after this we file for k1 since what we was do can consider as engagement in American coustemes and we get approved but after this we have ap and they decide to send it back and consider us as fraud ,

Which is not true at all , any way after the case sent back we get married and had a ceremony and my wife dime and vist me after we get married for 3 months and we love each other , but the thing which can be good is the email we got from the embassy says since we married now there was no reason for them to deny us but it will take longer time than usall cuse that furad thing which happens before but it can't be reason for deny us ,

So I need your help my friends before we file cr1 and how to avoid deny or revoke before it happens , and dud you hear about any cases like thus before ? And what they doing to fix this suitaton ???

One thing you could do is include an "Evolution of Relationship" Letter with the I-130 Petition that explains the "Faith" phase of Egyptian customary relationships. In the letter you might want to mention the Tourist Visa application briefly and not that since you weren't traditionally engaged you were not sure how to list the "relationship" and chose to error on the side of caution by listing her has a friend of the family.

This type of letter is common in the Vietnam Embassy so you might want to check the VN Regional sub-forum to get examples.

Either at the same time or before you file the I-130, send USCIS a letter withdrawing the I-129F petition. If you withdraw before filing the I-130, include a copy of the withdrawal letter. This time, be better prepared all the way through the process and for the interview. Lots to learn and lots of time to do it.

I already got aletter from them say our case expired and closed without prejudice and nothing against us and we free to file again any time so how I can withdraw it after they say it's expire??

Then no need. If you had mentioned you got such a letter, I wouldn't have recommended withdrawal. Did I miss that?
