Will time affect?

I did my interview on the 13th of June and got that dreaded blue paper to come back. My problem is the info the asked me to come back with my husband is taking forever to get it to me. Will the time that has passed (while waiting) affect me getting another early date?

I am not quite sure what your question is.

You are usually given some time- 30 or 90 days is common- to get the additional proof they want. As long as you get the proof by the deadline, it doesn't matter to the outcome of your visa whether you hand it in on day 2 or day 89.

But unless you have already been given a second interview date, and you do need to attend again (as opposed to just send in documentation), of course it will take longer to get a second date if your husband doesn't hurry.
