So I just received my NOA2, I contacted my lawyer to make copies of everything... and luckily my cousin is going to jordan in like a week or 2 so she can bring everything to mohammad for me... but I am kind of confused, I would ask my lawyer but he always pushes me to the secretary who always confuses me I find just telling her what to do makes life easier (seriously I had everything filled out before I went..she just copied what I wrote) anyways so I have to send the I-134, but I dont really have an income I live with my parents, and I am a full time student... sho0uld I still apply? my brother said he would sign for me...would that be ok? would it affect the outcome of the visa? im getting so nervous...its so close, and now im scared and dont know what to do... and if my brother does it does he need to fill anything else out? thank you!

XOXO JOJO

Hi Congrats on getting your NOA2, am still waiting on mine...

You defintely need to submit your affidavit of support, with that of your co-sponsor since u are a full time student..

Some embassies accept co-sponsor, others dont, so find out from people that have been to your US consulate in Jordan...

Dont be afraid, emphasie on proving that a genuie relationship is on and the intention to marry once he comes to US....\

Goodluck, keep us posted....
