Hi @ all,

Maybe you have an idea what we could do.

Our RFE was undeliverable due to a missing appartment number. The Missouri system doesn't allow more than a certain amount of characters in the address line.

So, we called them now 3 times to get it right. We had Infopass where we obtained a fax of our RFE. The officer there sent Missouri a fax to put our address right. In our RFE answer we added a cover letter asking them to put the address right. I sent another letter last week which is a request to put our appartment number in a secocnd address lines. All letters were written really friendly.

Last week they said online they recieved our response to their RFE and everything was fine.

What do I see today? Our last written notice was returned on September 12. I assume they still try to send us their RFE via mail. But they did not bother to correct our address, which btw Chicago could print without any problems.

I scheduled Infopass for next Tuesday, but do you have any idea what else we could do? This starts to be ridiculous. Do I have to fly to Missouri and talk to someone in person or what?!?!?!?!?!?

ANd: we spoke to the post office, our mailbox is clearly labelled both on the inside and outside with our names. '

Do you have any other suggestion for us?

Thanks, Anna.

Strange both I-129F, and I-130, have a box for apartment number, the G-325A dose not, you would think they would use the petition form for the address information.

Well Good luck with your problems, sounds like you are doing everything right.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Thanks!!!

But the odd thing is that they printed out the address line until Apt. No number then. And then the address field ends. Our guess was that their printer isn't able to print the rest. No big deal if they were able to get the appartment number into the second line....

We are just so desperate about it, since we do everything we can!!!

Well, we are having a similar problem too. They have our correct address but they said that my husband's EAD was retuned to them by post office as undeliverable. We called 2 times and finally we had our infopass on Monday. We went there and there was no record of our phone calls. The lady there send them (the center) an e-mail so they can mail it again but the website still shows the same thing!!!!!. I talked to the mailman and he never took anything back according to him and the post office says the same. I have no idea what to do anymore but to wait again. I hope it works out for you.
