my case was completed in 12/30/2010.

pd:11/30/2009 i really got frustrated when i saw the january visa bulletin.never in my mind did it ever cross to me that something called retrogression existed.in fact i learned the word in the internet.

I'm even more curious now. Seeing that you have a PD of 2008. When did u get notification from NVC about processing?

That was September 14, but at that time I did not know about this site and the person that was "assisting me" told me not to send anything to the NVC, to wait until they request for paperwork. I found that kind of stupid and did a little research, that's when i found this Great Forum and then did everything myself.

I wish I had known about this earlier. :crying:

PD: 30 DEC 2008

CC: 12 DEC 2010

Interview: 04 OCT 2011: Approved

POE: 15 OCT 2011 JFK

i'm happy as long as the cut-off date keep this 3-month at a time

pace and no more stupid retrogression.

That way as least I know what to expect.

I really hate this "hope and pray" $hit, it's killing me.

We dont see retrogression again atleast for F2A.

NVC now knows atleast the volume of cases present atleast until end of 2009; as many of them were complete.

So I think we will see Only forward movement; and since they already have estimates/cases on hand; I would beleive Sep bulletin would be a big jump considering its last VB for this year

My Wife & Daughter PD: June 2009.
